Media won't load
Ensure you have sufficient storage space. Restart the app and try loading a different file first.
Files not appearing
Check that DiaPlay has the necessary permissions in Settings → Privacy. Restart the app after granting access.
Performance issues
Close background apps, free up storage space, and make sure iOS is up to date.
